Refunds
Template, not yet in force
This is a template written in plain language. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
1.Failed videos
If a video, storyboard or custom object fails on our side, every credit held for it is returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for our errors.
2.Subscriptions
You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
3.Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any credits from a pack are used, that pack isn't refundable.
4.Something went wrong?
If a video didn't turn out as it should, write to [email protected] with a link to it. We look at every case and make it right.
