1.What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password (or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google).

What you create: your ideas, scripts, storyboards, custom objects, voice recordings and videos.

Usage and billing: what you make and what it cost in credits; payment records from our payment provider (we never see or store your full card number).

Technical data: IP address and basic device information, used for security and to prevent abuse.

2.Why we use it

To run your account and make your videos, to price and bill them, to keep the service secure, to answer you, and, only if you opted in, to send occasional product news.

3.Who helps us

To make a video we send the relevant text, audio or images to the AI and voice providers that do that step (for example model, voice and image providers), and we store files with a cloud storage provider. Payments go through our payment provider and emails through an email provider. Each only gets what it needs for its step.

4.Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and remember your theme choice in your browser. No advertising cookies.

5.How long we keep it

Your account data and videos stay while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your content within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

6.Your rights

You can see, download, correct or delete your data. Write to [email protected] and we'll help within 30 days.

7.Security

Passwords are hashed with a modern algorithm, connections are encrypted, and access to your files uses short-lived links.
